Registering for CCBE 2025 provides a delegate access to our two day conference with a schedule of events that includes industry paper sessions, networking sessions, coffee breaks, meals*, and trade show access.

Hotel rooms, parking, transport, and incidental fees incurred outside of the conference are the responsibility of the delegate.  

CCBE 2025 will be held on Monday October 27 & Tuesday October 28, 2025.  The program starts at 8am on Monday and concludes for the day at 7pm after a dinner service on the trade show floor**.  The program resumes at 8am Tuesday morning and the conference closes at 5pm or at the end of the final paper session.

Anyone registered as a delegate automatically becomes a member of the Association of Central Canada Broadcast Engineers for a period of one (1) year.  Membership entitles a member to cast a vote at the annual general meeting (AGM) and to seek appointment to the volunteer executive committee***.

**CCBE delegates are welcome to remain on the trade show floor for the OAB President's Reception from 7pm to 10pm. Finger foods will be provided. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the cash bar.

***A member must be in good standing and must have volunteered for no less than two years before seeking an elected position.  Vendors and non-members are excluded from elected positions.
