Celebrating 75 Years at CCBE 2026!
We are proud to announce that the 75th anniversary conference of the CCBE will be held at the Toronto Delta Airport Hotel & Conference Centre in Etobicoke, ON. For the second year in a row, we will be partnering with the Ontario Association of Broadcasters (OAB) to give our vendors more access to owners, managers, and decision-makers! This year we will be expanding into a bigger space at the Conference Centre with more room for more Vendors, more papers, and a joint round table with CCBE and OAB delegates to discuss education, retention, and growth possibilities in the Radio, Television, and Multi-media environments.
The Central Canada Broadcast Engineers (CCBE) has a long and proud history of supporting Broadcast engineers and Technicians in both Radio & Television. 75 Years of it in fact! Every year we hear the question: “But where is it all going? What will become of the broadcast landscape?” Well, it is because of these conferences that the Canadian Broadcast industry has remained relevant, reliable, and vital to the growth and unity of communities across this vast and varied country. Engineers like a challenge, give us a problem and we don’t just fix it, we find new ideas, new theories, and innovative new solutions. We will celebrate 75 years of doing just that, and look forward to a successful and creative new future, and a new generation of Broadcast Engineers to inspire.
